Our brief for this Islington Regency townhouse was to upgrade the interior finishes together with designing a rooftop extension with terrace.

Conservation area consent presented challenges for the additional storey and the proposed height above street level required the entire building to be fitted with a sprinkler system.

The result was an increased floor area of 25M that provided space for a guest suite including an en-suite and an additional 9M terrace with panoramic views over London.

The interior refurbishment combines the sophistication of the Regency architecture with contemporary furnishing.
