Space Projects were commissioned to design a 75M2 penthouse with 2 sun terraces for this prestigious 1930’s building set within extensive, beautifully landscaped grounds. We were mindful to create honesty and harmony between the existing building and the penthouse.

The resulting design employs a single pitch oversailing roof that provides solar shading for the extensive glazing within the penthouse. Modern lightweight and thermally efficient composite panels are used to reduce loads onto the existing structure and to cut down on-site construction time.
