This substantial Victorian villa sits within the Blackheath conservation area. Our brief was to restore the property back to a single residence sympathetic to the elegance of the original Victorian architecture whilst incorporating contemporary open plan living.

By introducing a new stair link between upper and lower ground floors and replacing the existing structure, we created an entire storey of open plan living space. The upper three storeys were meticulously restored to their former Victorian grandeur.
