Following the successful appointment of a principal contractor and specialist sub-contractors, we move into the construction phase of a project.

Every project differs but similar stages apply and always the key aims remain.

Interpretation –Ensure that the employer’s requirements are fully understood and accommodated in any design development.

Mobilisation– Review; site investigations, specialist design, sub-contractor appointments, utility arrangements and health and safety plan.

On-site – Monitor, report and manage; programme, quality, cost, design queries, procurement issues, local authority conditions, safety, changes and unknowns.

Deliver – Manage ‘soft landing’, hand over, commissioning and training.
