Space Projects were appointed by the landlord to design and project manage this prestigious development from a bare shell to a fit out for a first class commercial let.

The 50,000 ft² office development incorporated a 3-storey glazed atrium, glass linking bridges, intelligent under floor A/C system and integrated lighting.

Being central London site, programming was paramount as craneage of structural steel and A/C plant required co-ordinated road closures.
